Amanda Manopo Ungkap Pernah Pesimis Soal Cinta, Minta Kenny Austin Menjauh Demi Kebaikan
Aktris Amanda Manopo mengungkap bahwa dirinya sempat begitu pesimis soal cinta dan hubungan asmara, bahkan sampai meminta pasangannya, Kenny Austin, untuk menjauh.

Hal itu disampaikan Amanda dalam podcast Bicara Sara Wijayanto, Kamis (16/10/2025). Ia mengaku pernah merasa tidak layak bahagia karena bayang-bayang masa lalu dan tekanan publik yang berat.
“Sebelum menikah, aku bilang ke Kenny: ‘Lebih baik aku sendiri. Aku merasa kebahagiaan itu bukan untukku. Jadi, lebih baik kamu menjauh,’” ujar Amanda.
Ia juga menyebut bahwa salah satu kekhawatirannya adalah kehidupan Kenny yang mungkin terganggu jika terus bersamanya, terutama akibat rumor dan pemberitaan negatif yang kerap muncul di media.
“Aku enggak mau orang yang ada di sampingku jadi sakit hati karena pemberitaan di luar sana. Dia juga pasti nanti enggak akan punya kehidupan yang normal,” katanya.
Amanda mengaku pernah siap hidup sendiri selamanya. Hal itu diperparah oleh rumor masa lalu yang menyeret namanya sebagai penyebab keretakan rumah tangga Arya Saloka dan Putri Anne.

Akibat isu tersebut, Amanda sempat menjadi sasaran komentar negatif dan tudingan sebagai orang ketiga. Meski tidak pernah mengonfirmasi hubungan dengan Arya, tekanan publik membuatnya sempat ingin menutup hati.
