Pemkot Medan Alokasikan Rp 16,3 M untuk Bangun Sarpras di Gedung Warenhuis

Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Medan kembali alokasikan Rp 16,3 miliar pada 2025 untuk pembangunan sarana dan prasarana pendukung Gedung Warenhuis.

Anggaran tersebut bersumber dari APBD Kota Medan 2025 dan tertera di website Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) Kota Medan.

“Total Pagu Rp 16.380.000.000,” demikian tertulis di situs tersebut, yang diakses pada Senin (13/1/2025).

Pengadaan ini tercatat dengan kode RUP 14210308 dan merupakan paket pembangunan sarana dan prasarana Gedung Warenhuis yang dikelola oleh Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman, Cipta Karya, dan Tata Ruang Kota Medan.

Gedung Warenhuis, yang merupakan bekas supermarket pertama di Kota Medan, rencananya akan direvitalisasi dengan anggaran yang juga bersumber dari APBD Kota Medan.

Sebelumnya, pada 2023, Wali Kota Medan Bobby Nasution melalui akun Instagram-nya mengungkapkan desain revitalisasi gedung ini, yang akan berwarna putih dengan kusen krem dan dilengkapi spot fashion show di lantai satu. Selain itu, area depan gedung akan menyediakan kursi U untuk para pengunjung.

Bobby Nasution menambahkan, Gedung Warenhuis akan menjadi pusat expo, khususnya untuk UMKM dan anak muda kreatif di Kota Medan.

Pemerintah Kota Medan telah alokasikan total Rp 37 miliar untuk revitalisasi gedung bersejarah tersebut, yang meliputi biaya jasa konsultasi sebesar Rp 2 miliar dan pengerjaan fisik Rp 35 miliar.

Proyek revitalisasi ini menggunakan skema multiyears, dengan pengerjaan yang direncanakan selesai pada tahun 2024.
