Krisis Solar di Toba, Truk Ekspedisi Terpaksa Antri Panjang di SPBU
Sejumlah sopir truk ekspedisi mengeluhkan keterbatasan pasokan bahan bakar solar subsidi di beberapa SPBU di Kabupaten Toba, yang menyebabkan terganggunya aktivitas pengiriman barang serta meningkatnya biaya perjalanan.

Salah satunya dialami Dani Gultom, sopir truk yang melakukan perjalanan dari Tebing Tinggi menuju Sibolga. Ia mengaku harus bermalam di Toba karena kehabisan solar di sepanjang perjalanan.
“Dari Tebing sampai ke Toba, semua SPBU yang saya lewati tidak ada solar. Akhirnya saya terpaksa bermalam. Baru tadi sore bisa isi solar dan lanjut ke Sibolga,” kata Dani
Beberapa petugas SPBU di Kecamatan Porsea, Laguboti, dan Balige enggan memberikan banyak komentar. Mereka menyebut hanya menjual solar sesuai dengan pasokan yang diberikan oleh Pertamina, dan keterbatasan stok bukan merupakan kewenangan mereka.
Sementara itu, M Siregar, petugas SPBU lain di Balige, mengatakan sejak pukul 11.30 WIB, stok solar di tempatnya sudah habis dan mereka masih menunggu kedatangan mobil tangki dari depot.

“Kami memang hanya melayani kendaraan berpelat kuning. Meski begitu, tetap tidak cukup untuk memenuhi permintaan. Apalagi kalau SPBU lain juga menjual untuk kendaraan pribadi, tentu akan lebih cepat habis,” katanya.Selasa (14/10/2025).
Sementara itu, pihak Pertamina melalui perwakilan wilayah Sumatera Utara menyatakan sedang melakukan upaya penyaluran tambahan untuk mengatasi kelangkaan. “Distribusi sedang diatur kembali agar pasokan solar segera normal,” ujar salah satu petugas SPBU.
Warga berharap pemerintah segera turun tangan untuk memastikan pasokan solar kembali lancar. Sebab, keterlambatan logistik tidak hanya merugikan sopir dan pengusaha, tapi juga dapat berdampak pada harga kebutuhan pokok di pasaran.
