Pemkot Tanjungbalai Tegaskan Kantor Camat Datuk Bandar Tetap Beroperasi Meski Ada Spanduk Penyegelan
Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Tanjungbalai menegaskan pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Datuk Bandar tetap berjalan normal, meskipun muncul spanduk penyegelan yang dipasang pihak penggugat di pintu kantor.
Asisten Pemerintahan Pemkot Tanjungbalai, Abu Hanifah, mengatakan Pemkot tidak akan mengosongkan kantor tersebut karena menyangkut kepentingan umum dan kelancaran pelayanan masyarakat.
“Benar ada spanduk penyegelan, tapi Pemkot Tanjungbalai tidak akan mengosongkan kantor. Ini menyangkut pelayanan publik yang harus terus berjalan,” ujar Abu Hanifah, Sabtu (1/11/2025).
Meski ada putusan Peninjauan Kembali (PK) sengketa lahan yang memerintahkan pengosongan lahan termasuk lokasi kantor kecamatan, rencana pemindahan kantor hanya bersifat antisipatif agar pelayanan masyarakat tidak terganggu.
“Sampai saat ini kantor belum dikosongkan. Pemindahan hanya disiapkan sebagai langkah antisipatif,” katanya.

Abu Hanifah juga menegaskan komitmen Pemkot terhadap Perjanjian Damai 10 Agustus 2022, dimana Pemkot sepakat membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp8,454 miliar kepada penggugat. Tahap awal sebesar Rp4,2 miliar sudah dialokasikan di Perubahan APBD 2025, dan sisanya masuk anggaran 2026.

Namun, pembayaran tahap pertama belum bisa dilakukan karena harus mematuhi regulasi keuangan agar tidak menimbulkan persoalan hukum baru. “Kami menolak pembayaran secara tertulis yang diminta penggugat untuk mencegah masalah hukum di kemudian hari,” ucap Fitra Hadi, Staf Ahli Bidang Pemerintahan.
Pemkot juga mengacu pada arahan Mendagri serta hasil koordinasi dengan BPKP, KPK, dan instansi terkait, agar selalu taat pada peraturan perundang-undangan.
“Tujuan utama kami adalah mempertahankan aset vital yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat. Kami berharap dukungan semua pihak agar langkah Pemkot dalam menjaga pelayanan publik dapat berjalan lancar,” timpal Abu Hanifah.
