Pemko Siantar Siapkan Bedah 40 Rumah Warga Lewat APBD 2025
Sebanyak 40 unit rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH) di Kota Pematangsiantar akan dibedah tahun ini menggunakan APBD 2025. Kabid Perumahan Dinas PKP, Eva Imelda, mengatakan penerima manfaat itu tersebar di beberapa kelurahan.

Dengan rincian, 30 penerima bantuan di kawasan kumuh, di antaranya dua rumah di Kelurahan Aek Nauli, 24 rumah di Kelurahan Mekar Nauli, dua rumah di Kelurahan Naga Huta, satu rumah di Kelurahan Siopat Suhu, dan satu rumah di Kelurahan Tanjung Tongah.
Sementara, 10 penerima bantuan di kawasan non-kumuh untuk mencegah kekumuhan baru, di antaranya satu rumah di Kelurahan Tanjung pinggir, satu rumah di Kelurahan Sipinggol-pinggol, satu rumah di Kelurahan Pondok Sayur, dua rumah di Kelurahan Suka Maju, tiga rumah di Kelurahan Simarimbun dan dua rumah di Kelurahan BP Nauli.
“Masing-masing rumah berbiaya Rp20 juta dengan upah Rp2,5 juta untuk tukang yang mengerjakan,” ujar Imelda saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya, Selasa (14/10/2025).
Dikatakannya, kepada calon penerima bantuan, PKP telah menyurvei dan memastikan sasaran tepat pada masyarakat yang layak. “(Mohon maaf), masih ada yang kita temukan rumah masyarakat berlantai tanah dan dindingnya terbuat dari bambu. Seperti inilah yang kita temui di lapangan,” katanya.
Imelda mengatakan, program bedah rumah merupakan bentuk perhatian Pemerintah Kota (Pemko) Pematangsiantar kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan rumah layak, sehat dan nyaman. Usulan bedah rumah dilaksanakan melalui usulan dari masing-masing kelurahan.

“Setelah itu, kita sampaikan di Musrenbang bahwa ada kegiatan program bedah rumah di Dinas PKP,” ucapnya.
Untuk persyaratan mendapatkan bantuan bedah rumah, kata dia, disertai sejumlah data termasuk kepemilikan rumah. Baik dari KTP, kartu keluarga, maupun surat tanah.

“Rumah tersebut harus milik sendiri, satu-satunya, dan dihuni. Bukan milik orang lain ataupun kontrakan. Dengan catatan harus masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR),” tuturnya.
