Pemko Binjai Wajibkan ASN Pria Ikut Sepak Bola, Disiplin dan Kebugaran Jadi Prioritas
Pemerintah Kota (Pemko) Binjai mewajibkan aparatur sipil negara (ASN) pria di lingkungannya untuk mengikuti program kebugaran melalui olahraga sepak bola. Program ini bertujuan menjaga stamina ASN agar tidak loyo serta meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Sekretaris Daerah Kota Binjai, Chairin F. Simanjuntak, menyampaikan hal tersebut saat meninjau pertandingan persahabatan Korpri Binjai FC di Lapangan Sepak Bola Kebun Lada, Kecamatan Binjai Utara, Rabu (14/1/2026) sore, seraya mengatakan kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan rutin sekali dalam sepekan.

Menurut Chairin, program kebugaran melalui sepak bola sebenarnya sudah lama ada, namun sempat vakum dan kini diaktifkan kembali. Tim Korpri Binjai FC sendiri beranggotakan pimpinan OPD, camat, lurah, ASN, serta PPPK di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Binjai.
Ia menegaskan, program ini juga menjadi bagian dari penegakan disiplin ASN. Jika masih ditemukan ASN yang malas atau tidak optimal dalam bekerja, maka diwajibkan mengikuti program kebugaran tersebut.
