Tragedi di Pancurnapitu: Tiga Kakak Beradik Tewas dalam Kecelakaan Maut
Kecelakaan lalu lintas terjadi di Jalan Umum Tarutung–Sipirok, tepatnya di Desa Pancurnapitu, Kecamatan Siatas Barita, Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara (Taput), Sabtu (11/10/2025) sekitar pukul 18.00 WIB. Tiga korban yang merupakan kakak beradik meninggal dunia dalam peristiwa tersebut.

Ketiga korban diketahui bernama Brian Marganda Panggabean, Rio Aditya Panggabean, dan Rendy Adventus Humiras Panggabean, warga Desa Simasom Nagodang, Kecamatan Pahae.
Menurut keterangan Humas Polres Tapanuli Utara, Aiptu W. Baringbing, kecelakaan bermula saat sebuah mobil Mitsubishi Colt Diesel berwarna kuning dengan nomor polisi BK 8509 FE yang dikemudikan January Purba, melaju dari arah Sipirok menuju Tarutung.
Setibanya di lokasi kejadian, sopir diduga kurang hati-hati saat hendak mendahului sepeda motor di depannya. Truk kemudian hilang kendali dan menabrak sepeda motor Honda Vario hitam bernomor polisi BB 5570 BN yang datang dari arah Tarutung menuju Sipirok.
Akibat benturan keras, ketiga korban yang berada di atas sepeda motor mengalami luka parah.
“Ketiganya mengalami luka di kepala, patah tulang, serta luka robek di beberapa bagian tubuh. Ketiganya meninggal dunia di lokasi kejadian,” ujar W. Baringbing, Minggu (12/10/2025).

Jenazah para korban kemudian dibawa ke RS Umum Tarutung untuk keperluan visum. Sementara itu, pengemudi truk telah diamankan oleh pihak kepolisian untuk dimintai keterangan, dan kedua kendaraan mengalami kerusakan berat.

Polres Tapanuli Utara masih melakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut terkait penyebab pasti kecelakaan tersebut.
