Dugaan Korupsi di Dinas Cikataru Menguat, DPRD Desak Kejaksaan Usut Tuntas

Anggota Komisi II DPRD Deli Serdang Indra Silaban meminta Kejaksaan Negeri Deli Serdang melakukan pengusutan dugaan korupsi permohonan Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) pada Dinas Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang (Cikataru) Deli Serdang.

“Dari sejumlah pengaduan masyarakat hingga aksi unjuk rasa yang dilakukan mahasiswa baru-baru ini, ada biaya tarif ‘klik’ yang dipatokkan dalam pembuatan rekomendasi izin PBG pada Dinas Cikataru dan ini korupsi. Kejaksaan harus usut ini,” kata anggota dewan dari PDIP tersebut, Rabu (12/2/25).

Menurut Indra Silaban, kalau Kabupaten Deli Serdang ingin maju dan berkembang maka para pengusaha yang ingin berbisnis dan menanamkan modalnya jangan dipersulit, terutama terkait pengurusan izin PBG yang sering kali biayanya besar melebihi harga yang diatur oleh peraturan daerah setempat.

“Ada istilah tarif ‘klik’ dengan biaya fantastis dibebankan pada para pengusaha saat melakukan pengurusan rekomendasi tarif ‘klik’. Baik itu pengusaha properti maupun pengurusan tiang tower. Informasinya dikenakan hingga puluhan juta rupiah,” ungkap Indra.

Atas hal ini, lanjut Indra, Kejaksaan diminta usut aliran dana dugaan korupsi tersebut yang masuk ke kantong pribadi oknum pejabat Dinas Cikataru Deli Serdang.

Karenanya, Indra Silaban meminta kepada Bupati Deli Serdang terpilih Asri Ludin Tambunan agar Kadis Cikataru Deli Serdang dicopot dari jabatannya karena diduga dinas tersebut banyak melakukan pungutan liar (pungli).

“Saya banyak menerima keluhan masyarakat dan pengusaha. Lalu saya suruh orang kroscek ke Dinas Cikataru ternyata memang betul dipersulit. Ini menyulitkan investasi bagaimana bisa mendorong peningkatan PAD,” sebut Ketua DPRD Deli Serdang dua periode tersebut.

Terkait itu, Kadis Cikataru Rachmadsyah dan Kasi Intel Kejaksaan Negeri Deli Serdang Boy Amali belum memberikan tanggapannya ketika dikonfirmasi.
