Aksi Pembobolan Sekolah NU Terungkap, Pelaku Dibekuk Polsek Tanjung Morawa
Personel Polsek Tanjung Morawa menangkap Gunawan alias Aseng, 45 tahun, warga Jalan Ahmad Yani, Kelurahan Paluh Kemiri, Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Jumat (17/10/2025) malam.
Gunawan ditangkap karena diduga membobol SMP Nahdlatul Ulama di Jalan Medan–Lubuk Pakam Km 24, Desa Perdamean, Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa.
Kasus pencurian itu pertama kali diketahui Rabu (8/10/2025) sekitar pukul 06.30 WIB.
Saat itu, pelapor Abdul Jabbar, 57 tahun mendapat kabar dari salah satu murid bahwa pintu ruang kepala sekolah dan guru telah terbuka.
Setelah diperiksa, ternyata rumah kunci pintu telah dirusak dan sejumlah barang hilang, di antaranya 13 unit laptop chromebook, satu unit printer Epson, dan satu unit proyektor Zyrex.
Diduga pelaku masuk dengan cara mencongkel rumah kunci pintu ruangan. Akibat kejadian tersebut, sekolah mengalami kerugian sekitar Rp 82,5 juta.

Atas kejadian itu, pelapor buat laporan resmi ke Polsek Tanjung Morawa dengan nomor laporan LP/B/377/X/2025/SPKT/Polsek Tanjung Morawa/Polresta Deli Serdang/Polda Sumut, perihal tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan (curat).
Menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut, polisi melakukan penyelidikan dan berhasil mengidentifikasi pelaku.
Setelah dilakukan pengejaran, petugas memperoleh informasi keberadaan pelaku di Dusun I, Desa Perdamean, Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa.
Tanpa membuang waktu, petugas bergerak ke lokasi dan membekuk Gunawan alias Aseng.
Dari hasil penggeledahan, petugas menyita barang bukti berupa 9 unit laptop Zyrex, 4 unit charger laptop, 1 potong kaos warna hijau, dan 1 celana panjang warna hitam.
Kapolsek Tanjung Morawa, AKP Joni H. Damanik saat dikonfirmasi Sabtu (18/10/2025) membenarkan penangkapan tersebut.
“Dari hasil interogasi, pelaku Gunawan alias Aseng mengakui perbuatannya. Sebagian barang hasil curian, yakni empat unit laptop, telah dijual ke kawasan Jermal, Kota Medan,” ujar AKP Joni Damanik.
