Tiga Orang Ditangkap dalam Penggerebekan Judi Tembak Ikan di Karo
Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Tanah Karo kembali menunjukkan komitmennya dalam memberantas penyakit masyarakat, khususnya praktik perjudian, sesuai dengan Pasal 303 KUHP di wilayah hukumnya.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Tanah Karo, AKP Eriks Raydikson Nainggolan, menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya melakukan penggerebekan terhadap aktivitas perjudian jenis mesin tembak ikan di Desa Kutagaluh, Kecamatan Tiganderket, Kabupaten Karo, pada Selasa malam (30/9/2025).

“Saya langsung turun bersama personel untuk melakukan penindakan. Dari lokasi, kami mengamankan tiga orang yang diduga terlibat,” ujar AKP Eriks Raydikson Nainggolan pada Rabu sore (1/10/2025).
Ketiga terduga pelaku yang berhasil diamankan adalah FT (21), seorang perempuan, serta dua pria berinisial IB (32) dan ELG (39), yang seluruhnya merupakan warga Kecamatan Tiganderket.

Ketiganya kini telah ditahan di Polres Tanah Karo untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.

Dalam penggerebekan tersebut, polisi juga menyita barang bukti berupa satu unit mesin tembak ikan, satu chip permainan, dan sejumlah uang tunai.
“Setelah kita amankan, ketiga pelaku beserta barang bukti langsung kita bawa ke Polres untuk penyelidikan lebih lanjut,” ucapnya AKP Eriks Raydikson.
Atas perbuatannya, ketiga pelaku akan dijerat dengan pasal 303 ayat (1) ke-1e dan 2e KUHPidana tentang tindak pidana perjudian. Dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 10 tahun kurungan penjara.
AKP Eriks juga mengimbau masyarakat agar tidak ragu melaporkan segala bentuk aktivitas perjudian atau tindak kriminal lainnya.
“Kami menjamin identitas pelapor akan dirahasiakan demi menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan bersama,” katanya.
