Realisasi APBD Simalungun 2025 Baru 50 Persen, DPRD Desak Percepatan Serapan Anggaran
Hingga pertengahan September 2025, realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Simalungun baru mencapai sekitar 50 persen dari total Rp2,8 triliun lebih. Pemerintah daerah pun didesak untuk mempercepat penyerapan agar target akhir tahun bisa tercapai.

Plt Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Simalungun, Simson Sauttua Tambunan, menjelaskan capaian ini lebih baik dibanding awal September yang masih di angka 47 persen.
“Iya, memang sampai tanggal 1 September sekitar 47 persen, tetapi sampai pertengahan bulan sudah mencapai 50 persen,” ujarnya baru-baru ini.
Meski waktu tersisa hanya beberapa bulan, Simson tetap optimistis serapan anggaran dapat dikejar.
“Kalau bisa atau tidak terkejar, ya kita tetap harus optimis. OPD-nya harus tancap gas. Ini berhubungan semua, mulai dari nasional, provinsi, dan juga daerah,” katanya.
Ketua DPRD Simalungun, Sugiarto, menilai masa transisi dan efisiensi menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab lambatnya realisasi APBD. Ia menekankan pentingnya langkah cepat dari pemerintah daerah.

“Memang masa transisi, kemudian efisiensi juga mempengaruhi hal ini. Tetapi kita minta agar serapan anggaran dikejar. Selain itu, bupati harus segera menempatkan pejabat definitif untuk memimpin perangkat daerah, karena hal ini mempengaruhi serapan anggaran,” tegasnya.
Wakil Ketua DPRD, Samrin Girsang, menambahkan kendala teknis di lapangan juga ikut menghambat percepatan.
“Sudah kita desak, kalau laporan permasalahan belum ada kita terima. Ini kendalanya pada pelaksana teknis, kadisnya mungkin mau dirotasi. Tapi ini sudah kita push terus agar cepat terkejar,” jelasnya.
Realisasi APBD Simalungun 2025
Dalam rapat paripurna pembahasan Ranperda P-APBD pada Rabu (10/9/2025), pemerintah daerah melaporkan bahwa dari total anggaran Rp2,8 triliun lebih, sudah tersalur Rp1,3 triliun lebih. Dana tersebut dialokasikan ke 65 penerima, mulai dari dinas, kecamatan, hingga rumah sakit milik daerah.

Dengan waktu yang semakin sempit, konsistensi dan koordinasi lintas perangkat daerah disebut menjadi kunci agar target serapan APBD Simalungun 2025 dapat tercapai.
