Cekcok Berujung Laporan Polisi, Warga Bandar Klippa Saling Lapor Kasus Penganiayaan
Kapolsek Medan Tembung Kompol Jhonson M.Sitompul, S.H, M.H, melalui Kasi Humas Aiptu Bernard Siagian mengatakan dugaan kasus penganiayaan yang terjadi di Jalan Pusaka Desa Bandar Klippa Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan ada dua laporan Polisi yaitu di Polsek Medan Tembung dan Polrestabes Medan.
Kedua pihak yang bermasalah saling melaporkan sesuai dengan laporan di Polsek Medan Tembung LP/B/1250/VIII/2024/SPKT/POLSEK MEDAN TEMBUNG/POLRESTABES MEDAN/POLDA SUMATERA UTARA tanggal 23 Agustus 2024 oleh pelapor Nu dengan terlapor LS.
Kemudian di SPKT Polrestabes Medan LP/B/2653/IX/2024/SPKT/POLRESTABES MEDAN/POLDA SUMATERA UTARA tanggal 21 September 2024 oleh pelapor LS dengan Terlapor Nu.

“Kedua laporan tersebut sama-sama ditangani, untuk keadilan hak dan kewajiban sudah diberikan kepada kedua belah pihak yaitu laporan keduanya sudah diterima dan ditangani oleh Kepolisian sesuai prosedur,” terangnya.
Kasi Humas Aiptu Bernard Siagian menjelaskan bahwa kasus tersebut sebelum ditingkatkan ke penyidikan terlebih dahulu dilakukan mediasi namun gagal.
“Sudah dilakukan mediasi antara kedua belah pihak namun hasilnya gagal dan terlapor tidak menyanggupi permintaan pelapor sehingga kasus tersebut oleh pelapor meminta ke penyidik untuk diproses lanjut,” jelasnya.

Kemudian, lanjut Kasi Humas, kasus tersebut diproses sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP).
“Penyidik sudah melakukan pemanggilan dan pemeriksaan terhadap terlapor LS Cs dan kemudian berkasnya akan dikirim ke JPU Labuhan Deli.” lanjutnya.
“Untuk terlapor tidak dilakukan penahanan namun wajib lapor karena kasus tersebut saling lapor dan sama – sama ada 4 orang terlapornya. Dari penyidik dalam menangani kasus ini sudah sesuai prosedur begitupun dalam menetapkan tersangka melalui proses gelar perkara,” terang kasi humas Aiptu Bernard Siagian.
