Dua Kepala Dusun di Deli Serdang Melarikan Diri Saat Akan Dites Urine

Dua Kepala Dusun di Desa Helvetia Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang melarikan diri saat hendak mengikuti tes urine yang dilakukan Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi (BNNP) Sumatera Utara (Sumut), Senin (7/7/2025).

Meski dihubungi berulang kali melalui handphone, keduanya tidak menjawab dan tidak pernah hadir lagi hingga berakhirnya kegiatan tes urine di Kantor Desa Helvetia tersebut.

Saat kegiatan mulai berlangsung, secara tiba-tiba Irvan F Selian, Kadus III dan Donny Huseini Lubis Kadus X keluar dari ruang tes urine lalu memacu sepeda motor mereka meninggalkan Kantor Desa Helvetia.

Beberapa kepala dusun sempat heran kenapa tiba-tiba keduanya keluar terburu-buru dan langsung meninggalkan tempat kegiatan.

Kepala Desa Helvetia mencoba menghubungi keduanya melalui seluler untuk mendapat informasi penyebab ketidakhadiran mereka.

Namun panggilan handphone dari kepala desa tidak dijawab hingga berakhirnya kegiatan.

Petugas BNNP Sumut masih menunggu hingga pukul 13.00 Wib, keduanya tidak muncul lagi di kantor desa.

Kaburnya kedua kadus diunggah di media sosial. Ada yang menduga keduanya terindikasi sebagai pengguna narkoba, sehingga takut terbongkar jika dilakukan tes urine.

“Jika memang tidak terindikasi narkoba kenapa harus takut?” ujar salah seorang kepala dusun.

Tes urine merupakan program pemerintah dalam pemberantasan narkoba.

Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini bisa tercipta lingkungan yang bebas dari pengaruh narkoba khususnya untuk perangkat desa yang memiliki tanggung jawab besar terhadap masyarakat.

Hal ini mendorong Kepala Desa Helvetia, Haji Agus Salim melakukan tes urine terhadap seluruh perangkat desa termasuk 14 orang kepala dusun yang dipimpinnya.

Program yang dinilai cukup positif untuk menjaga kebersihan desa dari pengaruh narkoba disambut antusias, sehingga terlaksana kegiatan tersebut.

Tindakan kedua kepala dusun tersebut sangat disesalkan Kepala Desa Helvetia.

“Jelas-jelas mereka menentang perintah atasan dan tidak mendukung program pemerintah dalam memberantas narkoba. Keduanya terancam sanksi berat yakni diberhentikan dari jabatannya sebagai kepala dusun,” kata Haji Agus Salim, Selasa (8/7/2025).

Sebagian warga menyebut kedua kepala dusun yang kemarin kabur saat tes urine terlihat segar bugar dan hadir di Kantor Desa Helvetia, Selasa (8/7/2025).

“Keduanya terkesan tidak melakukan kesalahan karena kabur dari kegiatan tes urine,” ucap Ratno warga setempat.
