Uang SPP SMAN 4 Binjai Jadi Ajang Bagi-bagi

Pada 31 Januari 2025, melaporkan bahwa SMAN 4 Binjai, yang berlokasi di Jalan Cut Nyak Dhien, Kecamatan Binjai Timur, menerapkan uang SPP sebesar Rp50.000 per siswa. Dengan jumlah siswa lebih dari 700 orang, total SPP yang terkumpul mencapai sekitar Rp400 juta per tahun. Dana ini, ditambah dengan dana BOS, seharusnya cukup untuk mendukung berbagai kegiatan siswa serta pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah.

SMAN 4 Binjai di Jalan Cut Nyak Dhien, Kecamatan Binjai Timur, yang menjadi sorotan terkait uang SPP jadi ajang bagi-bagi.

Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, SMAN 4 yang berada di Jalan Cut Nyak Dhien, Kecamatan Binjai Timur, menerapkan uang SPP sebesar Rp50 ribu per murid.

Sementara, jumlah murid yang ada di SMAN 4 Binjai disebutkan mencapai lebih dari 700 orang. Dari data itu, jika 700 dikali Rp50 ribu, maka jumlah yang SPP yang terkumpul sebanyak Rp400-an juta per tahun.

Dengan jumlah SPP yang cukup besar dan ditambah dana BOS, setidaknya sudah sangat cukup untuk memajukan pendidikan, baik itu memberikan dukungan terhadap setiap kegiatan pelajar maupun sarana dan prasarana.

Namun berbeda dengan SMAN 4 Binjai, uang SPP malah menjadi ajang bagi-bagi untuk guru yang statusnya pun ASN. Tak tanggung-tanggung, setiap bulannya guru ASN itu menerima insentif dari SPP sebesar Rp1.000.000 dana para guru wali kelas Rp17 juta.

Berdasarkan data yang diterima, insentif sebesar Rp1.000.000 tersebut diperuntukkan untuk guru ASN dengan status pembantu kepala sekolah (PKS). Jumlah PKS di SMAN 4 diperkirakan tidak kurang dari 9-10 orang.

Tak hanya itu, dari data yang dihimpun, pihak sekolah juga mengeluarkan gaji tunjangan kepala sekolah sebesar Rp24 juta per tahun. Anggaran tersebut, satu paket dengan insentif guru PNS dan para wali kelas.

Menyikapi hal ini, Meri Simbolon, guru BK yang ditemui tidak menepis pemberian insentif kepada PKS dan para wali kelas. “Kalau PKS memang iya. Dananya itu dari SPP. Wajar lah PKS dapat itu, kadang sampai sore juga bekerja di sekolah ini,” kata Meri.

Sedangkan untuk wali kelas, kata Meri, itu diberikan per semester dan nilainya tidak besar. “Untuk wali kelas paling Rp150 per semester. Kan wajar biar mereka semangat,” ungkapnya.

Terkait dasar aturan memberikan insentif kepada para PKS, Meri menyebutkan, bahwa itu dibenarkan sesuai keterangan dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan. “Itu langsung rekomendasi BPK. Kalau dana BOS baru tidak boleh,” cetusnya.

Penjelasan Meri tampaknya berbanding terbalik dengan informasi yang dihimpun. Bahwa, BPK sudah merekomendasikan untuk menghentikan pembayaran honorium guru PNS dari dana SPP. Bahkan, rekomendasi ini sudah berlaku sejak 2023 lalu seperti yang disampaikan Disdik daerah Kepri
