Truk Tangki Bertabrakan dengan Truk Fuso di Deli Serdang, Tak Ada Korban Jiwa

Kecelakaan lalu lintas melibatkan dua truk terjadi di Jalan Tanjung Morawa – Lubuk Pakam, tepatnya di Desa Tanjung Baru, Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Kamis (23/1/25).

Truk tangki Hino Ranger bernomor plat BM 8416 RU yang dikemudikan Wahyu (26) warga Tanah Gambus, Kabupaten Batu Bara, bertabrakan dengan truk Mitsubishi Fuso yang bermuatan sawit.

Kedua truk itu sama-sama melaju dari arah Medan menuju Lubuk Pakam. Namun, saat tiba di lokasi kejadian, truk tangki yang kosong tiba-tiba berbelok ke kanan untuk memutar balik arah.

Diduga, sopir truk tangki tidak melihat keberadaan truk Fuso yang berada di sebelah kanannya sebelum berbelok.

Akibatnya, truk tangki menabrak bagian samping kiri depan truk Fuso yang dikemudikan Agim (21), warga Desa Firdaus, Kecamatan Sei Rampah, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai.

“Sopir truk tangki asal belok saja. Untung saya hanya sendiri di dalam truk. Kalau ada kenek saya, pasti ada luka,” ujar Agim, sopir truk Fuso, yang selamat dari kecelakaan tersebut.

Hanya kerusakan pada bagian samping kiri truk Fuso yang terjadi akibat hantaman truk tangki.

Wahyu, sopir truk Hino Ranger, enggan memberikan komentar saat ditemui di lokasi kejadian.

Unit Laka Satlantas Polresta Deli Serdang segera datang ke lokasi untuk menangani kecelakaan tersebut.

Meskipun kejadian ini cukup menghebohkan, pihak berwenang memastikan bahwa tidak ada korban jiwa dalam peristiwa tersebut.

Pihak kepolisian juga akan menyelidiki lebih lanjut mengenai penyebab pasti dari kecelakaan ini.

Kecelakaan ini menjadi peringatan penting bagi semua pengendara agar selalu waspada dan berhati-hati saat berkendara, terutama saat melakukan manuver di jalan yang ramai.

Polisi mengimbau agar sopir truk selalu memeriksa kondisi sekitar sebelum memutuskan untuk berbelok atau mengambil tindakan yang berisiko.
