Terkait Kredit PT Sritex, Dirut Bank Sumut Diperiksa Kejagung

Babay Farid Wazdi (BFW) dikabarkan diperiksa Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia (Kejagung RI) sebagai saksi terkait pemberian kredit PT Sritex.

BFW yang kini menjabat Direktur Utama PT Bank Sumut, diperiksa sebagai saksi terkait pemberian kredit kepada PT Sritex saat menjabat sebagai direktur Kredit UMKM & Usaha Syariah PT Bank DKI tahun 2020. Satu direksi lainnya adalah NA selaku Direktur Komersial dan UMKM Bank BJB.

Informasi dihimpun, Senin (1/6), Kejagung memeriksa 9 orang saksi terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pemberian kredit PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (Bank BJB), PT Bank DKI dan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (BPD Jateng) kepada PT Sri Rejeki Isman, Tbk (PT Sritex) dan entitas anak usaha.

Dari 9 orang tersebut, Kejagung memanggil 2 orang masing-masing dari jajaran direksi Bank BJB dan Bank DKI.

Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, Dr. Harli Siregar, S.H, M.Hum menerangkan, 9 orang saksi tersebut diperiksa terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pemberian kredit Bank BJB, PT Bank DKI dan BPD Jateng kepada PT Sritex dan entitas anak usaha atas nama Tersangka ISL dkk.

“Kemarin sudah berangkat ke Jakarta,” ujar narasumber.

“Iya panggilan oleh Kejaksaan,” ujar pejabat Bank Sumut.

Berdasarkan informasi dari website resmi kejagung, Kejagung memeriksa 9 orang saksi terkait dengan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pemberian kredit PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (Bank BJB), PT Bank DKI dan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (BPD Jateng) kepada PT Sri Rejeki Isman, Tbk (PT Sritex) dan entitas anak usaha.

Sementara itu, BWF yang dikonfirmasi via WhatsApp, mengatakan, “Saya diminta keterangan oleh Kejaksaan Agung, menjadi saksi untuk beberapa tersangka terkait kredit Sritex.”

“Saya secara pribadi dan juga Bank DKI sangat support dan mengapresiasi pihak aparat dalam hal itu,” sambungnya dalam balasan via WhatsApp, Senin pagi (2/6).

“Tentu saja sebagai anak bangsa spirit kita sama dalam hal pemberantasan korupsi dan penegakan hukum,” pungkasnya.

PT Sritex sempat viral. Kasus Dirut PT Sritex ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, diduga menggunakan uang kredit tidak sesuai peruntukan, seperti untuk membayar utang dan membeli tanah.

Kasus ini diduga merugikan negara sebesar Rp692 miliar dengan outstanding kredit sebesar Rp3,5 triliun.
