Puasa Sunnah Sebelum Idul Adha 2025 Ini Jadwal Lengkap dan Keutamaannya yang Jarang Diketahui!

Menjelang Hari Raya Idul Adha 1446 H, umat Muslim dianjurkan untuk memperbanyak amalan ibadah, salah satunya dengan melaksanakan puasa sunnah Dzulhijjah.

Puasa ini tidak hanya mendatangkan pahala besar, tetapi juga menjadi sarana untuk memperkuat ketakwaan kepada Allah SWT.

Jadwal Puasa Dzulhijjah 2025

Berdasarkan kalender Hijriah, puasa sunnah Dzulhijjah dapat dilakukan mulai 1 hingga 9 Dzulhijjah 1446 H, yang diperkirakan jatuh pada Rabu, 28 Mei hingga Kamis, 5 Juni 2025.

Tiga puasa yang sangat dianjurkan di periode ini adalah:

– Puasa Dzulhijjah (1–9 Dzulhijjah)

Keutamaan Puasa Sunnah Dzulhijjah

1. Puasa Arafah (9 Dzulhijjah)

Puasa ini sangat dianjurkan bagi Muslim yang tidak sedang melaksanakan haji. Dalam hadits sahih disebutkan, puasa Arafah dapat menghapus dosa satu tahun yang lalu dan satu tahun yang akan datang.

2. Puasa Tarwiyah (8 Dzulhijjah)

Meskipun tidak sepopuler puasa Arafah, puasa Tarwiyah juga memiliki keutamaan besar. Beberapa riwayat menyebut bahwa pahalanya setara dengan puasa selama satu tahun penuh.

3. Puasa Dzulhijjah (1–7 Dzulhijjah)

Puasa di hari-hari awal Dzulhijjah juga sangat dianjurkan. Ini merupakan waktu yang dimuliakan Allah SWT, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Al-Quran: “Demi fajar, dan malam yang sepuluh.” (QS. Al-Fajr: 1–2)

Larangan Puasa di Hari Raya dan Hari Tasyrik

Umat Muslim dilarang berpuasa pada 10 Dzulhijjah (Hari Raya Idul Adha) dan hari-hari Tasyrik (11, 12, dan 13 Dzulhijjah).

Di hari-hari tersebut, umat Islam dianjurkan untuk menikmati hidangan kurban dan mempererat silaturahmi.

Amalan Lain di Bulan Dzulhijjah

Selain puasa, umat Islam disunnahkan memperbanyak dzikir, membaca Al-Qur’an, bersholawat, bersedekah, dan berdoa di sepuluh hari pertama bulan Dzulhijjah.
