Pemkot Medan Siapkan Rp 5 M untuk EO Ramadhan Fair 2025

Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Medan menganggarkan Rp 5 miliar untuk belanja event organizer (EO) Ramadhan Fair XIX tahun 2025. Angka tersebut mengalami penurunan dibandingkan dengan anggaran Ramadhan Fair tahun lalu.

Hal ini diketahui dari laman Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE) Kota Medan. Paket pengadaan tersebut tercatat dengan nama “Belanja Jasa Event Organizer Kegiatan Ramadhan Fair XIX Tahun 2025”.

Belanja EO ini memiliki kode tender 10012987000 dan kode rencana umum pengadaan (RUP) 56694248. Tender yang berada di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Medan ini dibuat pada 3 Februari 2025.

Proses tender hingga saat ini masih berlangsung, dengan jumlah peserta yang sudah mendaftar mencapai 33 pihak.

Tender tersebut memiliki nilai harga perkiraan sendiri (HPS) sebesar Rp 4,9 miliar dengan nilai pagu sebesar Rp 5 miliar. Anggaran ini bersumber dari APBD Kota Medan tahun 2025.

“Nilai pagu paket Rp 5.000.000.000, nilai HPS paket Rp 4.999.000.329,” demikian keterangan dalam laman LPSE Kota Medan.

“Nilai pagu paket Rp 6.334.805.320, nilai HPS paket Rp 5.499.968.859,” tertulis dalam laman LPSE Kota Medan terkait belanja EO Ramadhan Fair tahun 2024.

Pada tahun lalu, PT Aldena Ganthari Kreatif yang beralamat di Jakarta Pusat menjadi pemenang tender. Saat itu, nilai kontrak untuk belanja EO Ramadhan Fair berjumlah Rp 5,2 miliar.

Saat ini, publik menanti hasil tender yang akan menentukan penyelenggara event besar tahunan tersebut. Pemkot Medan berharap pelaksanaan Ramadhan Fair 2025 tetap berjalan lancar meskipun anggarannya lebih kecil dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya.
