Kejari Rantauprapat Tahan 7 Tersangka Korupsi Renovasi Puskesmas Labuhanbatu

Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Rantauprapat menahan tujuh tersangka dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pada proyek perbaikan tiga puskesmas di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Penahanan dilakukan pada Selasa, 15 Juli 2025.

Kepala Seksi Intelijen Kejari Rantauprapat, Memed Rahmad Sugama, SH, dalam konferensi pers yang digelar pada Rabu (16/7/2025), menjelaskan bahwa sebelumnya tim Jaksa Penyidik telah resmi menahan tiga tersangka dalam kasus renovasi Gedung Puskesmas Sei Penggantungan, Kecamatan Panai Hilir, Tahun Anggaran 2023 yang dikelola Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.

Ketiga tersangka tersebut masing-masing berinisial MHR selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK), AKP selaku Wakil Direktur CV Perdana, dan RS selaku Pelaksana Kegiatan.

“Penahanan dilakukan setelah ditemukan indikasi kuat adanya kerugian negara akibat pekerjaan renovasi yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan perencanaan,” ujar Memed.

Dari hasil penyidikan awal, kerugian negara dalam proyek renovasi Puskesmas Sei Penggantungan ditaksir mencapai Rp805.399.663.

Selain ketiga tersangka tersebut, Kejari Rantauprapat juga menahan empat tersangka lainnya dari dua proyek renovasi puskesmas berbeda, yakni:

Kerugian negara: Rp1.276.097.427

Kerugian negara: Rp768.850.692

Dengan demikian, total estimasi kerugian negara dari tiga proyek puskesmas tersebut mencapai lebih dari Rp2,8 miliar.

Ketujuh tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 2 Ayat (1) subsider Pasal 3 juncto Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2001.

Seluruh tersangka akan menjalani masa penahanan selama 20 hari, terhitung sejak tanggal 15 Juli hingga 3 Agustus 2025, dan dititipkan di Lapas Kelas IIA Rantauprapat.

“Penahanan ini merupakan bentuk komitmen Kejaksaan dalam mendukung pemberantasan korupsi, sejalan dengan Asta Cita Presiden, khususnya poin ketujuh: memperkuat reformasi politik, hukum, dan birokrasi serta memperkuat upaya pencegahan korupsi,” tutur Memed mengakhiri.
