Kadisdik Siantar Janji Transparan, Sebaran Laptop Chromebook Segera Diumumkan

Kepala Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Kota Pematangsiantar, M. Hamdani Lubis, berjanji akan memberikan data sebaran laptop chromebook ke seluruh satuan pendidikan penerima.

Hal itu disampaikannya usai rapat kerja dengan Komisi II DPRD Kota Pematangsiantar, Kamis (17/7/2025).“Kami akan sampaikan, data akan kami berikan,” ujar Hamdani kepada wartawan.

Dani, sapaan akrabnya, mengaku belum hafal jumlah unit maupun daftar sekolah penerima laptop chromebook.

“Kami tidak hapal berapa, sekolah mana saja, berapa (laptop chromebook) yang dibagikan ke sekolah-sekolah,” ucapnya.

Mantan Kabag Hukum Setdako itu menjelaskan, pengadaan laptop chromebook bersumber dari Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK). DAK merupakan alokasi dari APBN yang diberikan kepada pemerintah daerah digunakan pada kegiatan yang merupakan kewenangan daerah, namun menjadi prioritas nasional.

Setiap paket berisi 21 laptop, meski ada yang hanya 15 laptop, dengan kemungkinan satu sekolah mendapatkan lebih dari satu paket. “Datanya ada, cuma saya tidak hapal,” tutur Dani mengakhiri.

“”Menunggu arahan. [Sesuai pada prinsip] een en ondeelbaar, bahwa kejaksaan adalah satu dan tidak terpisahkan. Kalau disuruh lacak, akan dilakukan pelacakan di sini,” ucapnya belum lama ini kepada Mistar.

Informasi keberadaan laptop chromebook itupun pernah sekali terdengar di Kota Pematangsiantar. Penyerahan itu dilakukan pada tahun lalu, berupa puluhan unit kepada salah satu SMP Swasta.

Sebelumnya, pengadaan chromebook menuai sorotan setelah Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) mengungkap bahwa pengadaan ini mengabaikan kajian awal April 2020 yang merekomendasikan laptop berbasis Windows. Namun, pada review Juni 2020, diputuskan menggunakan chromebook buatan Google.
