IPM Tapteng Tembus 73,97 di 2025, BPS: Bukti Kualitas Hidup Warga Makin Maju
Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah (Tapteng) merilis data terbaru Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Tahun 2025. Nilai IPM Tapteng tercatat mencapai 73,97, meningkat 0,63 poin dari tahun sebelumnya yang berada pada angka 73,34.

“Capaian ini menempatkan Tapteng dalam kategori IPM Tinggi serta mencerminkan kemajuan nyata kualitas hidup masyarakat,” ujar Kepala BPS Tapteng, Akhirul Miswar ME Nasution, Senin (17/11/2025).
Ia menjelaskan, IPM disusun berdasarkan tiga dimensi utama: kesehatan, pendidikan, dan standar hidup layak. Umur Harapan Hidup (UHH) saat lahir mencapai 72,20 tahun, menggambarkan perkiraan usia hidup bayi yang lahir pada 2025 jika pola mortalitas tetap sama seperti saat ini.
Harapan Lama Sekolah (HLS) mencapai 13,51 tahun, setara kesempatan menempuh pendidikan hingga jenjang diploma. Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS) berada pada 8,93 tahun, menunjukkan penduduk usia 25 tahun ke atas rata-rata telah lulus hingga setingkat SMP.
Pengeluaran riil per kapita yang disesuaikan tercatat Rp 11.687.000 per tahun, yang mencerminkan meningkatnya daya beli dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
Akhirul Miswar menyebut peningkatan IPM ini merupakan hasil sinergi kebijakan pembangunan di berbagai sektor, serta kolaborasi pemerintah daerah, tenaga kesehatan, dunia pendidikan, hingga peran aktif masyarakat Tapteng.

“Dengan semangat gotong royong dan arah pembangunan yang dicanangkan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Masinton–Mahmud, kita berharap Tapteng terus ‘Naik Kelas, Adil Untuk Semua’ serta semakin maju, sejahtera, dan jaya,” ucapnya.
