HET Beras Medium Berpotensi Naik, Harga Gabah Tembus Rp 7.000/kg

Pemerintah mempertimbangkan untuk menaikkan Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) beras medium. Kenaikan ini didorong melonjaknya harga Gabah Kering Panen (GKP) yang kini tembus Rp 7.000 per kilogram, serta variasi kualitas beras medium di pasaran.

Kepala Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) Arief Prasetyo Adi mengungkapkan pihaknya sudah menggelar diskusi dengan para pelaku usaha perberasan sejak April lalu. Fokus pembahasan adalah menghitung ulang HET apabila harga gabah melampaui Rp 7.000/kg.

“HET Medium kalau gabahnya Rp 7.000 juga perlu dipertimbangkan. Kalau memang beras medium perlu di-review, ya kita review,” kata Arief di Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Pangan, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (15/7/2025), seperti dilansir dari detik.

Arief menegaskan, kenaikan HET nantinya harus memperhatikan kewajaran harga baik untuk petani, penggilingan, maupun konsumen.

“Yang benar itu harus wajar di penggilingan, wajar di petani, wajar di konsumen,” ujarnya.

Arief juga mengakui harga beras naik akibat penggilingan yang bersaing membeli gabah di atas Harga Pembelian Pemerintah (HPP) sebesar Rp 6.500/kg. Saat ini, beberapa penggilingan bahkan berani membeli gabah hingga Rp 7.800/kg.

“Bagus untuk petani, tetapi harus dihitung. Kalau beli gabah mahal, harga produksi beras bisa tembus Rp 14.900/kg,” jelas Arief.

Data Bapanas mencatat, rata-rata nasional harga beras medium kini Rp 14.317/kg, atau naik 14,54% di atas HET zona 1 sebesar Rp 12.500/kg. Sedangkan beras premium rata-rata Rp 16.602/kg, 7,8% di atas HET premium Rp 14.900/kg.

Harga gabah kering panen (GKP) juga tinggi, rata-rata nasional Rp 6.766/kg, melebihi HPP.

Sebagai informasi, HET beras medium dan premium berbeda di tiap zona wilayah:

Medium: Rp 12.500/kg

Premium: Rp 14.900/kg

✅ Zona 2 (Sumatera selain Lampung dan Sumsel, NTT, Kalimantan)

Medium: Rp 13.100/kg

Premium: Rp 15.400/kg

✅ Zona 3 (Maluku, Papua)

Medium: Rp 13.500/kg

Premium: Rp 15.800/kg
