Fraksi PDIP Sesalkan Gaji Honorer Tak Dibayar, Sarankan Pemko Padangsidimpuan Dipolisikan

Ketua Fraksi PDI Perjuangan DPRD Kota Padangsidimpuan, Muhammad Fajar Dalimunthe, menyesalkan keterlambatan pembayaran gaji tenaga honorer di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota (Pemko) Padangsidimpuan.

Fajar mengungkapkan bahwa dalam rapat Paripurna nota pengantar RAPBD 2025, Fraksi PDI Perjuangan sudah menyampaikan persoalan ini kepada Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Timur Tumanggor. Saat itu, Pj Wali Kota berjanji akan menyelesaikan pembayaran gaji honorer pada akhir Desember 2024, sebagaimana tertuang dalam risalah persidangan DPRD Kota Padangsidimpuan.

“Namun, kenyataannya gaji tenaga honorer yang dibayarkan hanya untuk bulan Oktober dan November. Banyak tenaga honorer yang mempertanyakan hal ini,” ujar Fajar saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa (18/2).

Sebagai Sekretaris PDIP Kota Padangsidimpuan, Fajar mendorong tenaga honorer untuk melaporkan permasalahan ini ke pihak berwajib. Ia menilai kasus ini sudah memiliki unsur pidana, sesuai dengan fungsi hukum pidana yang melindungi hak individu.

“Saya berpendapat bahwa keterlambatan pembayaran gaji honorer ini bertentangan dengan hukum pidana, dengan dugaan penggelapan gaji sesuai Pasal 372 KUHP dan Pasal 8 Jo Pasal 18 UU No. 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi,” tegasnya.

Menurutnya, tenaga honorer telah menjalankan kewajiban mereka, sehingga mereka berhak menerima tepat waktu. Jika pemerintah tidak memenuhi kewajiban ini, maka Pemko Padangsidimpuan telah melanggar ketentuan hukum.

Sementara itu, salah seorang tenaga honorer berinisial IN berharap agar pemerintah segera membayarkan gaji mereka.

“Kami belum menerima gaji selama tiga bulan, sementara keluarga kami sangat membutuhkan uang untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari,” ujarnya dengan penuh harap.
