Diduga Edarkan Sabu, Pria di Kabanjahe Diamankan Satresnarkoba Polres Tanah Karo
Seorang pria berinisial ML yang diketahui berdomisili di Kota Tebing Tinggi, terpaksa harus berurusan dengan Polres Tanah Karo.
Pasalnya, pria berusia 33 tahun itu tertangkap tangan membawa narkotika jenis sabu, di kawasan Jalan Jamin Ginting, Kabanjahe.
Kapolres Tanah Karo AKBP Eko Yulianto, menjelaskan penangkapan pelaku dilakukan pada Minggu (14/12/2025) kemarin.

Dikatakannya, penangkapan ML bermula saat personel sedang melakukan patroli sekira pukul 15.00 WIB.
“Saat personel dari Satresnarkoba sedang patroli, melihat gelagat pelaku yang mencurigakan langsung dilakukan interogasi,” ujar Eko, Rabu (17/12/2025).
Dikatakan Eko, saat dilakukan interogasi personel melihat gelagat yang semakin mencurigakan dari pelaku.

Karena curiga, tim langsung melakukan penggeledahan dan akhirnya berhasil menemukan barang bukti berupa narkotika jenis sabu.
“Dari tangan tersangka, petugas mengamankan satu paket plastik klip berisi kristal putih diduga sabu dengan berat 4,06 gram. Kemudian satu plastik klip kosong, satu potongan plastik warna hitam, satu unit telepon seluler, serta satu unit sepeda motor,” katanya.
Saat diinterogasi, pelali mengaku selama ini berprofesi sebagai buruh harian lepas di kawasan Kota Tebing Tinggi.
Setelah cukup bukti, tim langsung memboyong pelaku beserta barang bukti ke Mapolres Tanah Karo untuk dilakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut.
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat pasal 112 ayat (1) dan pasal 114 ayat (1) undang-undang nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika. Dengan ancaman hukuman kurungan penjara maksimal 12 tahun.
