19 Pasangan Kepala Daerah di Sumut Akan Dilantik Presiden di Istana Negara

Sebanyak 19 pasangan kepala daerah di Sumatera Utara (Sumut) direncanakan akan dilantik langsung oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto di Istana Negara, Jakarta.

Saat ini, Pemerintah Provinsi Sumut masih menunggu keputusan pemerintah pusat melalui Kementerian Dalam Negeri terkait pelaksanaan pelantikan kepala daerah yang tidak bersengketa di Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK).

Kepala Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumut, Harianto Buta-butar, menjelaskan bahwa terkait teknis, tempat, dan waktu pelantikan, semuanya sepenuhnya menjadi kewenangan Kementerian Dalam Negeri.

“Kami masih menunggu instruksi dari pusat terkait pelaksanaan pelantikan 19 kepala daerah yang tidak ada sengketa di MK,” ujar Harianto, Kamis (23/1).

Meskipun begitu, dirinya memperkirakan pelantikan kepala daerah akan dilaksanakan di Jakarta, setelah itu, kemungkinan besar akan diadakan pembekalan di Lembah Tidar, Magelang oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto.

“Ini masih perkiraan dan belum ada keterangan resmi. Pelantikan kemungkinan besar di Jakarta, dan akan ada pembekalan di Magelang, seperti yang dilakukan kepada menteri-menteri kabinet kemarin,” jelasnya.

Sementara itu, Ketua KPU Sumut, Agus Arifin, mengatakan bahwa pelantikan kepala daerah terpilih merupakan kewenangan Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kementerian Dalam Negeri.

“Kemarin KPU RI sudah melakukan rapat dengar pendapat dengan Komisi II bersama Bawaslu dan DKPP, dan kami (KPU) sepakat mengikuti arahan dari pemerintah pusat,” ucap Agus.

Agus menambahkan, untuk 19 kabupaten/kota yang sudah melakukan rapat pleno dan menetapkan pasangan calon terpilih, pelantikan akan segera dilakukan.

“Ke-19 daerah itu sudah tidak ada masalah dan sudah ditetapkan sebagai calon terpilih,” lanjutnya.
